Refund policy
I do my best to make sure that the best quality and shipment is done for my customers.
However, there can be some factors that can negatively effect the quality of the item. Such as how the package was handled by the Delivery Service.
If your 3D print is damaged, missing, or is broken. Please reach out and email me at etcher@live.com and I will work with you on the situation. I will ask for a photo of the package, item and damages.
Types of situations:
- If missing I will refund or send another print for the missing
- If damaged in shipping I will send a refund or a partial refund depending on the order.
- If broken within 14 days from delivery. I will ask to provide a photo of the broken print and will ether refund or do a partial refund depending on the situation.
I will not ask for it to be shipped back. Or issue any type of refunds after 14 days from delivered status. After 14 days there is no evidence that the defect was caused by manufacturing or shipping, we cannot process any resends or refunds etc.Â
